1990s Deadstock Flocked Satin Party Skirt with Crinoline - 26" Waist

1990s acetate satin party skirt. The fabric has a black flocked (fuzzy) floral pattern, and the background is ombré between muted shades of plum and burgundy. The waistband buttons up and ties on the left side, and there's a built-in black tulle crinoline underneath. This is tagged as a girl's 12, but I don't know how this relates to current girls' sizing, so I'm calling it about a women's 2. When it's lying flat the waist measures a little over 13" across, and it's 21" long. In great, unworn condition with its tag attached.
