1990s Eskandar Black Tiered Skirt | Waist 40 | Vintage Super cute black skirt made by Eskandar! Great cotton skirt for everyday wear. Has a cute back pocket too! This has been dry cleaned by us. She is a wounded bird. The elastic is completely out in the waistband. Measurements Waist: 40" Hips: 48" Length: 37.5" Condition: Good there is a small bleach stain near hem and hole wear bleach burned thru skirt. Also, wear to the waistband where this was worn so much you can see thru to the elastic, mostly on the inside of the skirt. Elastic is completely dead, this is no longer stretchy.
