JBS day dress with tie back vest. Vintage circa 1990s. Made in the USA. Medium weight, flowy crinkled fabric in light and dark blue mini stripes and coordinating geometric print. Acetate rayon blend. Dry clean only. Classic 90s tie-back style with crew neck, slightly raised waist and midi-length full skirt. Back zipper. Attached vest ties back for shaping. Long puff sleeves have tucked button-trimmed hems. Heavy shoulder pads. Unlined. Excellent vintage condition with no sign of wear. No flaws, stains or holes. Some free home. Marked 18, but fits a size 14 dress form well. Would also work on a modern size 16.
