1990s JC Penny blouse

Elizabeth by Liz Claiborne blouse purchased in the late 1990s by my grandma at JC Penny. Blouse is in great shape. Size is 2P on the tag but it is pretty large. I would guess it's roughly the equivalent of a 1X or a 2X but I'm happy to provide exact measurements on any of her clothes that I have listed
