1990s Kay Unger strapless fit and flare dress, size 4

This dress is adorable! As someone who was born in the 90s, I can’t bring myself to say it’s vintage yet! Flared skirt with loose pleating, and black and white speckled polka dots. Size 4, would fit a size small. Would look amazing with red accessories, a patent belt, and platform heels. 🎲🧨🎹❤️♣️ Note: There are a couple of small rust colored specks around the dress (see last photo for example), but are not very noticeable. Could possibly come out with a tide stick, but I haven’t tried. Measurements taken flat: 33.5” long 13.5” bust 13” waist Hips open
