1990’s Pencil Skirt

Bought mid 90’s by my mother in law. Classy and timeless perfect for the office lady boss or pair with a sequin top for a funky night look. High waisted, zip closure in the back with button reinforcement. Labeled an 8 but with vintage sizing I’d say it’s more like a 6. No stretch. Slight pleats at the top, and everyone’s favorite... pockets 📐Flat Specs: Waist: 14” Length: 24” Hips: 19”
