1990's Crinkle Rayon maxi skirt in women's size small to large. Elastic stretch waist to accommodate a range of sizes and long cinching belt with jangly bells on the ends. Embroidered swirl detail. Fabric is a semi sheer and lightweight Rayon in white. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
