1990s Yves St. Clair White Blouse

A beautifully kept 1990s white blouse by Yves St. Clair. It is a size 14, but it would probably fit as a size 12 today. This blouse does have shoulder pads. If you would like the shoulder pads removed, please let me know and I will remove them and mail them with the blouse in case you would like to re-add them in the future.
