1990s light blue with white/gray balloons. Size (1990s) 8 Chest 17” Waist 13” Hips 19.5” 100% rayon. Dress shows signs of wear. Small tear on zipper. Zipper back covers hole but it can be seen from the surface. Small white spots on back.
