1990’s vintage bebe black stretch jersey pencil skirt, elastic waist & back slit

This classic Bebe pencil skirt is from the late ‘90’s and is made of black stretch jersey with a flat elastic waist (measured 13.75” across, laid flat) and hits just below the knee (skirt measures 25.5” from top of waist to the very bottom in the middle of the front of the skirt and 26.5” in the back, from the top of the waist to the very edge of skirt hem). The back slit is high and measures 12.25” up from the bottom of the hem and is in the exact center of the skirt. The Bebe tag says size 6 but don’t be fooled!! A size 6 from Bebe in the ‘90’s now translates into a size 2 or 4 today. Just to drive this home, the skirt measures 17” across the widest part of the hips when laid flat but the skirt has a lot of stretch. But it still would be considered a 2 or a 4 by today’s measurement standards. Skirt is in excellent shape despite the vintage!!
