This is an adorable and feminine women's romper from the mid-1990s. The romper has large white plastic buttons up the front, wide straps, V-neck, with flared skirt-like legs. The romper has a very pretty pattern of purple flowers against a black background. Material is 100% rayon, is light and comfortable. Romper is from the brand Express, size tag marked 9/10. In very good condition. Dry clean only. Measurements are taken seam-to-seam with the garment lying flat. Double them to find your size.
