1990'sVintage MONDI-Victorian Lace -Up Style Black Velvet w/Plum Suede-Sz36-NWOB These Mondi lace-up tassel boots were made in Italy during the 1990s. They are silky black velvet, with plum genuine suede heels and scalloped trim. The soles are black leather and the interiors are supple tan leather. There is a small gold "M" logo dangling from the back of each heel. They are in mint unworn condition and ready to wear.
