1992-S Columbus Quincentenary Half Dollar ANACS PR69 DCAM Coin

This half dollar was designed by Mint sculptor T. James Ferrell to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Columbus' trip to the New World. The coin contains Copper/Nickel bonded to an inner core of pure Copper. The Obverse depicts Columbus landing in the new world while the Reverse shows the three ships Columbus sailed to the New World. The coin is ANACS certified PR69 DCAM and comes packaged in a protective acrylic case (2.25" W x 3.25" H) with certificate of authenticity from First Commemorative Mint.
