19th Century Vtg Gaudy Welsh Grape Pattern P. Regout 2 Haastricht 9.25” Plate

Measures roughly 9.25” in diameter, and underside impressed in double oval maker’s mark “P REGOUT 2 HAASTRICHT,” along with a hand painted pink luster slash/line. There’s a 1.5” hairline on rim, visible by both sides. Sold as pictured.
