1. STATE makes this adorable linen blend sleeveless, collared shirt/dress with handkerchief hem in ladies size MEDIUM. MSRP $96. It’s 55% linen and 45% rayon, so machine wash and hang to dry. It has a collar and button-front closure with a matching tie belt. The pit-to-pit measurement is 17”, the waist is 17” and the total length of the dress is 38” (it’s 21” from the waist to the hem).  It’s chambray blue with tan and white stripes and it’s adorable! It’s also NWT!
