1.State tunic top.

1.State tunic high low top. There is some piling but I think it is just the material of the top. The top is higher in the front, lower in the back. The neck I’m not sure what you would call it. Cowl neck but can be worn off the shoulder as well. Worn just a few times. Normal wash/wear. Smoke free but pet friendly home. Color is more of a slate gray to me .
