this dress is super cute and high quality. you can dress it up or dress it down. It has a light lining. It came to me with some blue stains that are mixed in with the floral. you can see those stains in the photos here which is why the dress is deeply discounted. I wear a size 16 and this was slightly loose with a tie around the waist in order to cinch it. it's v-neck but not too revealing, perfect for a summer wedding guest dress very easy breezy and comfortable.
