It is a size 4, made from 100% cotton. Sizes are approximately: -Waist: 14.5" -Length: 20.5" -Hemline: 19.5" Both skirts have been lightly worn and are still in excellent condition. There is a small pull in the fabric of the Bass skirt, caused during production. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
