Size L 100% cotton~made in India (1) OP (Ocean Pacific) ruffled gorgeous bright patterned dress - black, turquoise, pinks, oranges..etc. tie in front and spaghetti straps that are adjustable. Waist and top cinched with elastic to form fit. Ruffles on top and bottom. Really cute on with wedges. Size LG 11/13
