This wrap skirt is from back in the day when Pier 1 sold clothing. The label says "Passports by Pier 1 Imports", which was trademarked in 1989 then Pier 1 quit selling clothing in 1997. This was from the early 1990's -- back when I was skinny. Unfortunately I haven't been that size again in a long time, so I'm letting someone the right size enjoy the skirt! :-) It's marked a size S. It has a button closure at the waist and the back of the waistband is elasticized. It's a narrow/straight skirt. Measurements: 12" unstretched 14" stretched 38"L 100% Rayon - Made in Indonesia It's in like-new condition.
