2 HIP dress

I love this dress but it never fit me, the size is wrong it’s more like a 10, the bodice can be scrunched down and the sleeves are narrow until they start flaring at the wrist, 92% poly and 8% spandex. In perfect condition items are marked down on Friday and Sunday hoping buyers take advantage of 1) the mark down and 2) the discounted shipping but instead I find buyers wait for item to be under 9$ and then they pay regular shipping of 7.50. It perplexes me, boggles my mind Shop wisely and thoughtfully TY 😎 Items marked down to 10$ may get relisted.
