2 Haviland Limoges Bread Plates, 6 1/4” diameter, Simple scalloped gold rim.

Antique Bone China. Gold trim. Condition used excellent. No chips, cracks, crazing, stains or repairs, no utensil wear. Looks unused. Beautiful gloss finish. Measures 6 1/4 inch diameter. Haviland underglaze mark in green and Haviland overglazed mark in red date these plates between 1889-1931. Antique most likely over 100 years old. Bone China can be determined by holding the plate between yourself and a light source. Then put your hand between the plate and the light source. If you can see the shadow of your hand through the plate then it’s Bone China vs Fine China. Not recommended for microwave due to gold rim trim. Recommend hand wash gentle warm water.
