2- NWT girls layered skort skirts 90s designs

This is for 2 scooter skirts with shorts (skort) build in under them. See pics for laying flat measurments. (Stretch waist is maxed at about 17.5 laid flat) These are girls sizes XL 14/16 which fit about a womens size 10 (when I was skinnier lol) bought a couple years ago for a 90s themed dance party that I never attended. I never wore them. NWT. 100% cotton. Shorts under are cotton/spandex blend. CUTE 90s style design skirts.
