2 Piece Maxi Dress by K.C. Spencer 10 NWOT

You have several options here: Wear the pieces together, the sleeveless dress on its own, or wear the outer piece over leggings. From armpit to armpit it measures approx. 18" for the dress and 19" for the outer piece. The length is about 52". The under dress has side slits; the outer piece is open beneath the buttoned bodice. New & unworn, but the hang tags have been removed.
