theeamarie @meljizzy Yes, exactly as @6thandwesta stated. There isn't any stretch in the fabric where you tie the top, but you can work with it. The skirt has an elastic band and is long and flowy, I'm 5'10" and when I put heels on it still brushed the floor. It really is a gorgeous set on!
