<div class='description'><p>Mixing punk, blues, grunge, and more into their own unique sound, the Bots is the project of Los Angeles- based Mikaiah Lei. The band was formed in 2006, when vocalist/guitarist/bassist Mikaiah was barely out of grade school; they recorded their first album when Mikaiah was just 15. They've played shows with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Blur, Refused, and Bad Brains, and appeared at the Vans Warped Tour and Afropunk Festival along the way.
