Can you show me how the one for the feet works? As in, does it slip on them?

@fabahtya hi! You don’t slip your feet or hands into these. The longer one is a neck wrap ( or you can drape over your legs or feet). The other is one you hold or sit on your legs or feet. I sit mine in my lap when I am cold. You microwave these for one minute ( put the whole thing in the microwave) and it heats it up.
