2 Vintage community cookbooks, great vintage condition. Fun to read! Clariant.

I just love when small groups assemble their own cookbooks. Some recipes are outlandish and some are just Grandma’s pot pie that everyone raves about. Such fun to read. The Butterfly Garden Cafe from Kentucky has long since closed but its recipes live on. This is an especially well done cookbook with nice cardstock index pages. Great condition and pretty artwork. Spiral binding. The Clariant “Good Things to Eat” was written by Clariant employees for a fund drive. The artwork is all from the employees’ kids! Carol Carrot is my new favorite vegetable. Isn’t she adorable? Hard to imagine little Molly the artist is in her 30s now! Anyway, there’s a plastic cover protector that has yellowed over time but the pages are white. Note the slight rub on the top edge. Both books are in very good condition, no stains or sticking pages. Spiral bindings. The recipes are pretty good, too!
