Armpit to armpit approx. 15 inches. Elastic waist approx. 11 inches across flat, has stretch. 100% polyester chiffon. Flaw: small snag/hole front left at bottom of top layer, last 2 pics. Not really noticeable on. Price⬇️. Otherwise good used condition. f
