Spell’s Celestial tiered mini skirt was introduced in Spell’s 2018 “Celestial” drop. Crafted of 100% Rayon, this skirt features Spell’s signature hand-drawn graphics of white, burnt orange and navy stenciled flora and folk art stars set on a neutral tax field. Lightweight and flowy, this skirt is twirl worthy! I purchased this new some years ago, tried it on, promised myself I’d lose an inch so it fit me, removed the tags (egads!) and hung it in my closet where it has remained NWOT, unworn but lovingly cared for. Flawless. Size S, but with a 26” waist. Coordinating blouse is available in my closet in Size S.
