2 for $11 Hello Miss quarter sleeve mini dress

Really hate to part with this dress because I love it so much but it’s a tad bit too short on me. Great fall colored quarter sleeve vneck dress with elastic waistline. Super cute with a pair of booties. 33in long Elastic waistband stretches from 11inches to 17 inches. I’m usually a 12.5 in waist and though it’s 11 inches, it isn’t tight.
