New with tags, St. John's Bay wide leg khaki pants from JCPenney in size 8. Laying flat, the waist measures 15 inches and the hips measure 20 inches. The pants have some stretch to them and are excellent quality (could use a good ironing press). Back pockets are decorative only, but front pockets are functional. Zipper and button closure. Bundle with other items in my closet and save! Smoke free and pet free home.
