2 for $20! GUC silky burgundy mini dress, flutter sleeve

GUC silky burgundy mini dress, wrap style skirt, cute spaghetti strap with an additional fluttery sleeve. The belt is missing but any sash would look great. Sort of a chiffon feel to the fabric. Maker and size tags have been removed but im happy to provide measurements. Looks like an xs, 2-6 ish.
