2 for $20! Retro Vintage? 80s Style Zip Track Jacket

Super cute medium blue track jacket with pale yellow, cream and green stripes down sleeves. Label says medium but see photos for measurements. Fits a size xs to s best. Possibly a vintage Nic & Mo piece? I don't know when it was made. In very good condition. Tiny snags on front and a tiny stain near zipper (see photos).
