This is a great work top from Express. I LOVE the top half with the pleats giving it an old school look. It is a button up and has buttons at the wrist. This is a silky feeling material and is slightly sheer. I wore a nude cami underneath. Model is a small and the top is a small. Runs true to size. Not stretchy. Pit to Pit is 19.5.
