Back elastic waistband with a zip and snap front closure. One pair is white and periwinkle and the other is cream and black. Waist measures 28” laying flat with no stretch. Hips measure 35” laying flat. Inseam is 21”. Rise is 19”. Total length is 35”. Leg opening is 24” on bottom. No marks, tears or stains.
