good condition no labels, beige with brown pattern flowers,scalloped edges, zip up top, elastic waist skirt, check measurements, there is no size listed, I'm guessing a size L/XL top measures 21in from arm pit to arm pit, skirt measures 14in at waist, 20 1/2in at hip, and is 40in long from waist to hem. no smoke no pet home, some dust around bottom skirt edge.
