@lilj04 It actually was. I wore it for my bachelorette trip in Utah. The temperature was around 40 degrees. The puffer material is pretty thick.

@jw_squared Hi! There isn’t much stretch to the skirt. I was a little worried when I tried it on because it fit more like a size Small, but I was able to wear thermal tights under the skirt and it fit perfectly!
