Beautiful White IZ Byer Blouse and Skirt. Both Brand New with Tags. Top: Made in the Philippines. I believe sleeves are Dolman. Remind me of Butterfly sleeves. Top has sewn in white polyester tank for lining. Top: 62% Rayon & 38% Polyester. Lace: 90% Nylon & 10% SpandexLining:100% Polyester. Skirt: Made in China Elastic back waist. Flat front & fabric tie belt that can go in front or back. Diagonal ruffle down the front and a ruffle along the button. Skirt: 62% Rayon & 38% Polyester. Lining: 100% Polyester Last photo shows a very tiny snagged thread line on the back of the skirt. It's been wrapped up and stored for 2 years
