2 piece blue dressy dress with jacket

NWT sleeveless tank dress with jacket. Sky blue color. This has been in a closet hanging for many years and is size 8 but I would say it fits more like a size 6. Beautiful color with shiny embroidered leaves. Dress is tank top style at top and zips up the back. Has front slit at bottom hem. Jacket is s/s and has silver pieces that hook to close. 64% rayon and 36% polyester. Dry clean only. Dress is about 38” from shoulder to hem. About 18” across bust from shoulder to shoulder.
