2 piece set skirt and top

This is a 2 piece set skirt and bottom, the top is a size Large, but fits more like a medium possibly small, color is a seafoam green or maybe sage green (not sure), by monteau Los Angeles, attached side tie strap, has some pilling but not much (see pictures), elastic waist in back, super cute, and the skirt is a size 4 by LOFT, beige with multi flowers throughout that are navy blue, burgundy and the same green as the top, it has a zipper and hook and eye closure in the center back that work perfectly and 1 small slit on each side, it has some very tiny specs of yellow on it, not sure what it is, both of these items have been favorite but lovingly worn, there are blemishes on both, price reflects this but they have lots of life left to them (skirt was only worn maybe 5 times, like new, except specs) and if you're handy at getting stains out you may be able to get those tiny specs out, however it's not very noticable (see pictures).
