2 sets of 3d nail carving colors

both sets are brand new but the one I opened to check out may not have the carving pencil with it. the other pack is still sealed. note that the 12 color pack (i am showing one opened) is not pressed into a pattern in the jar like their stock pic shows. I am including the instructions- i believe you need a uv nail light to cure it. they are basically the same thing just different colors. you get both sets! I make deals on all bundles! Due to nuances in lighting, camera capabilities, and viewing screens, colors may be different than they appear. Please check measurements before purchase. All measurements are approximate. I have a pet friendly house so I try to use hair rollers on all items before storing, and I check before shipping. Despite my best attempts, I know there are going to be escapes, so be advised if you have allergies.
