Blue drawstring waist midi skirt. 100% cotton. Waist approx 20" across relaxed. Ruffles on an angle front and back to a staggered hem. 24" to longest point from waist to hem. Small spot on front (see pic). Guc, some piling from wear. Wide band elastic waist XL mini. Approx 17" long and waist 15.5" across but stretches!! Pretty mustard color, brand new. 95% polyester 5% spandex. Thick and textured outside, smooth inside
