hmgambrell @babytj0214 they run true to size maybe a little bit larger to allow for thick winter socks in winter and thinner socks in rain season. calf area is loose so should not have any issue

hmgambrell @liannix123 well i know is the bottom of the shoe has the UGG in raised letters and that UGGs usually run a little larger than your normal shoe size. Also the box if you have it and the card inside the box is helpful. They are flexible to (as in the soles) because over time they are supposed to conform to your feet. Kind of in the same was that Birkenstock are famous for. The outer fabric and or lining may also be a factor. Not really sheepskin. Sorry and hope this helps.

hmgambrell @liannix123 yes some do not have that I have some of the knit sweater ones and they do not. Just a recessed or raised UGG on the bottom (not flat) and a logo on the heel etc if they do not have the metal emblem. But all of the rain boots I own have the metal disc but the other "everyday" winter boots do not. Sorry hope that's not tooo confusing.

hmgambrell All of my ugg rain boots are made in USA (check sole) but other uggs are made in China (as of several years) Not New Zealand or Australia anymore. They have a tag on the inside that say made in China and the material. So it depends on how old the boots are as well to see the country or origin on the tag

liannix123 @hmgambrell the ones she sold me are the shaye plaid rain boots. I see the emblem on the websites but these don't have that. The "wool" doesn't feel like wool and the box doesn't look like the ugg box. On the back leg of boot, the seam plastic is sticking out. It didn't come with any books or security feature. Just the sticker on the left shoe. It came wrapped in ugg paper too. They just don't seem nice like uggs.

hmgambrell @liannix123 no probably not. Uggs are well made and the stitching seams everything should look great not sloppy. The wool may not be wool that is common in fakes. Is it too late for you to file a claim? Open a claim, send pics. So sorry for your bad experience. If you really want to be sure, you could find an authorized dealer in ur are to verify if you wanted to. Here I have Dicks, Belk, Dillard's, Macy's...But POSH should be able to help if not too late

But the box looks exactly like the counterfeit box example on websites and it's very cheap looking. I just wanted to make sure. She made me think I was wrong but I think she might have been duped. I'm not going to cancel it. I'm just going to let Posh decide. Good idea on going to a certified retailer. Do you think Nordstrom can help me?
