I state exactly the condition of an item as I believe in honesty & not deception 7. I am always around to answer questions 8. I have a variety of items to satisfy various tastes 9. I package everything thoroughly & thoughtfully especially glass items 10. I personally thank my buyers 11. I have a 4.9 rating (okay not a 5 but who is perfect?!?) 12. I will accept returns if I made a mistake 13. I am generous with bundle purchases of 2-5 items 14. I am generous with new buyers- get $10 off from poshmark, but get a free gift from me & 25% off one future purchase 15. I accept reasonable offers always! 16. My buyers love what they get- my 500+ love notes prove this! 17. I always check in with buyers once an item arrives to make sure all is well 18. If I misplace an item or an item is broken that was from a bundle purchase, I will inform the buyer & make the purchase even better! 19.
