2000s Brown Floral Children’s Summer Dress

Brown floral silky material dress. At some point it was altered down or handmade so I have very little information on the dress. There is no tag, but judging by its style I believe it to be from the early two thousands. I don’t know exactly what size it is, but I am almost certain that it’s a children’s large or extra large. It measures 14 inches at the chest, 13 at the rib cage, and is 35 1/2 inches in length from the top of the straps.
