Early 2000's Hi Lo hem dress in women's size xs to md. Rounded neckline and back V neckline. Fully lined. Front hem is shorter than the back hem. Top layer is a semi sheer polyester chiffon in black with cream and sage floral print. In excellent, near mint vintage condition with no flaws to note.
