Measurements laid flat are: length is 25", chest is 19" (unstretched) to 23" (stretched), waist is 17.5" to 20", hips are 19" to 22", shoulders are 18", and sleeves are 19". Runs true to size with a fitted, body con fit. Fabric is ribbed and stretchy. Rhinestones are only on the "Rodeo Champion" part of the graphic. Tag reads, "Vanilla Sugar Large".
