2000s-era dress coat, graphic print with bright lining

Cute early 2000s dress coat in a graphic MCM brown/white print with bright green buttons and lining. No brand or size tag, but I believe it is by Edward An and a size M. See photos for measurements. Fabric is pulled a bit at hem and there is a makeup mark on the inside collar. See photos.
