2001 Formal Reggio Gown w/ Moulin Rouge Vibe

The photos and hanger do not do this dress justice. It has a red underlay and beautiful black sparkle overlay that turn it into a ruby color when worn. Halter top with a bit of a subtle train in back. Really flattering and lovely for a winter or summer formal event. Wore it to my winter formal in 2001! Size 8 by Reggio (Made In America). Top needs a tiny stitch.
